Einführungskurs "Mindfulness Intensive"
Stresssymptome wie Konzentrationsschwäche, Gereiztheit, Schlaf- und Essstörungen, Kopfschmerzen und Anfälligkeit auf Krankheiten kann unser Leben stark negativ beeinflussen.

Durch eine Achtsamkeitspraxis entspannt sich dein Nervensystem und verändert die Körperchemie. Stress weicht einer umfassenden inneren Ruhe und Ausgeglichenheit. Gleichzeitig stärkt die Achtsamkeitspraxis dein Immunsystem und führt zu einem stabileren psychischen Zustand.
«Mindfulness Intensive» ist die Basis für deinen Weg zu Stressfreiheit.
Diese Grundausbildung vermittelt dir die verschiedenen Achtsamkeits-Meditationen und du lernst sie anzuwenden. Schritt für Schritt bringst du Achtsamkeit, Freude und Gelassenheit zurück in dein Leben.

Mit sechsstündigen Modulen hast du genügend Zeit, dich in die Lerninhalte zu vertiefen. Zwischen den Modulen verinnerlichst du dein neues Wissen in einer Übungsgruppe. Du erhältst fünf Achtsamkeits-Meditationen als Audiofile, das Buch «Das achtsame Ich» sowie Yoga-Übungen für deine Praxis zuhause.

Diese Ausbildung entspricht dem MBSR-Kurs von Jon Kabat-Zinn, ergänzt mit modernen NLP-, Coaching- und Trancetechniken. Für die Teilnahme sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich. Reserviere dir noch heute einen Platz in diesem lebensverändernden Kurs.
