Privacy Policy

Consent to personal data processing
The User gives consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, "Consent") freely, willingly and in their own interest.

Consent may be given by the User or its representative in any form that makes it possible to confirm the fact of its receipt, unless otherwise provided by law.

Including, but not limited to, the Consent can be given:

When signing service agreements and other documents between the User and the Operator; Through explicit confirmation of Consent on the Operator's websites when the User accepts offer agreements, user agreements, fills registration forms, subscription forms, etc.
The Operator doesn't collect and doesn't process the special categories of personal data the processing of which according to the current legislation of Ukraine requires the written consent of the User.

Providing the Consent the User thereby agrees to:

processing of his personal data by the Operator for the purposes in accordance with the section "Purposes of Personal Data Processing" of this Policy; commissioning of personal data processing by the Operator to third parties and its transfer in accordance with the section "Confidentiality and Security" of this Policy.
The User may withdraw its Consent at any time by giving the Operator the appropriate notice in accordance with the "User Management of its Personal Data" section of this Policy.
Types and sources of personal data
By his Consent, the User authorizes the Operator to process the following personal data:

surname, first name, patronymic (including, separately);
e-mail address;
contact phone number;
date of birth;
country, city, address (including individually);
position (occupation), name of the organization;
photo;
link to the personal website; accounts in social networks and messaging programs;
Personal data explicitly included in the written contracts between the Operator and the User (e.g. passport data, payment details).

The Operator doesn't have access and doesn't process the Users' payment data (for example, information about payment cards, e-wallets, etc.) provided by them to the third-party payment systems, where the User is redirected to pay for the Operator's services. The procedure for handling such personal data is determined by the rules of the relevant payment systems, not by this Policy.

Personal data of the Users can be obtained by the Operator:

In the process of providing services and using the Operator's websites (for example, when Users fill in the forms of registration on the site, subscription to news or free materials, when concluding a contract and making a purchase, etc.);
When Users address the Operator with an inquiry by phone, e-mail or through the customer support service; from publicly available sources (for example, open profiles in social networks, etc.).
Purposes of personal data processing
Processing of personal data means recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data not falling under special categories, for processing of which, according to the current legislation of Ukraine, the written consent of the User is required.

Processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator for the purposes of:

sale of goods and provision of services under contracts and agreements with Users, including billing, order delivery and other similar operations;
receiving and processing feedback from Users, including polls, voting and other similar operations;
sending of information and advertising materials of the Operator to the e-mail addresses of the Users provided by them for these purposes;
promotion of goods and services by means of direct contacts with the User via means of communication;
analysis of advertising campaigns effectiveness;
research and analysis of user preferences, product development and testing
as well as for the purposes expressly prescribed by the applicable laws of Ukraine.
Privacy and security
Processing of the Users' personal data is made by the Operator by using the databases on the territory of Ukraine.

Also the data can be transferred by the Operator to the servers located on the territory of other states, where the Operator's service providers are located and which ensure the adequate legislative protection of the Users' rights on processing and transfer of personal data. For example, in the case of using popular and reliable mailing services that ensure compliance with anti-spam legislation, etc.

The operator can entrust the processing of users' personal data to third parties. For example, suppliers providing the Operator with hosting services, order execution, e-mail delivery, etc. For each such person sets out a list of actions with personal data, the purpose of processing and the obligation to respect the confidentiality and security of personal data.

Personal data can also be provided to third parties in cases and in the manner expressly prescribed by applicable law (e.g., at the request of government agencies, etc.).

The operator and other persons who obtained access to personal data of Users are obliged not to disclose to third parties and not to distribute personal data without Users' consent, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

The operator shall take the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other unlawful acts in relation to personal data.

You must also take certain reasonable steps to protect your data and the systems, networks and services that you use. If the User has reason to believe that the processing of his personal data by the Operator is no longer secure, he may inform the Operator in accordance with the section "Management of his personal data" of this Policy.
Term of processing of personal data
The Operator processes Users' personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in the "Purposes of Personal Data Processing" section of this Policy.

The Operator destroys or depersonalizes personal data when the processing goals are achieved or when it is no longer necessary to achieve them.

Regardless of the purposes of processing, the User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. In this case the User agrees that the Operator reserves the right to process the User's personal data when it is required by the legislation of Ukraine.
User management of their personal data
The user has the right:

Receive from the Operator information concerning the processing of his personal data, if such right is not limited in accordance with applicable law;
To demand from the Operator the clarification of his personal data, their blocking or destruction in case the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated processing purpose;
Take statutory measures to protect their rights.

The user may withdraw his Consent to the processing of personal data in whole or in part at any time by sending a corresponding request to the Operator. Such request shall be sent to the email address or by letter to the Operator's address specified in this section.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of electronic newsletters and promotional materials can also be provided by the User by cancelling the subscription through the link "Unsubscribe", located at the bottom of the relevant newsletters.

The Operator accepts the appeals of Users regarding the processing of personal data:
to the e-mail address info@marked.pro or to the address Ukraine, Odessa, Rishelievskaya street, 33, third floor, office №15. The letter should contain the surname, first name, patronymic of the User, e-mail address or postal address for feedback and the content of the appeal.
Other data
The Operator also uses cookies and other similar technologies that collect information to help evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the Operator's services and websites. For more information about the use and management of cookies, see the Cookie Notice.

Publishing and updating policies
This Policy is publicly available and published by:

Placing links to the Policy on the Operator's websites, including references to the Policy in contracts, agreements and other documents with Users, where necessary and appropriate. The Operator may periodically update this Policy at its own discretion.
Changes in the Policy come into force from the moment of publication of the new version on the website. The fact of using our services by the User after making the corresponding changes means his consent and acceptance of the new edition of the Policy.


The date of the last update and previous editions are indicated at the beginning of this Policy.

The Operator recommends Users to periodically re-read this Policy to get acquainted with its current edition.
